RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds but exchanges are applicable. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back to be exchanged. I am not responsible for any allergic reactions from using the products. Please read all ingredients to be sure you are not allergic to any of them. I want you to be completely satisfied with your products so please reach out to me if you are having any issues at upscalefaces@gmail.com.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will have to email me picture proof of the damage. I will replace the item once I receive the picture proof and once I have received the products back from you in the same packaging it was sent in.
SHIPPING POLICY

Free Standard shipping on all orders. I work hard to ship your orders out in a timely manner! All orders are packaged and taken to the post office within 1-2 business days. You should receive your package in 5 - 7 business days. If you need your package sooner there is a 2-3 day Priority Mail option. Please keep in mind that due to minimal staff and Covid 19 you may experience some delays. Once the packages are out of my hands I have no control over the speed at which they are delivered. Mail is moving slower this year and I hope you all understand. Thank you!

Upscale Faces® LLC., is not responsible for packages once they leave my office, but in the event of your item being missing in transit or stolen please contact me by email at upscalefaces@gmail.com so that I can file a claim in order to refund your money back or we can send a replacement if you choose to. All orders will be insured.

Unfortunately, I do not ship orders outside of the United States at this time. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 days.
