Eyeshadow Primer Base

This is a lightweight eyeshadow primer base that is thick, smooth, creamy, cruetly free and paraben free. This eyeshadow base will keep your eyeshadow from creasing for up to 12 hours. You can go even longer than that if you want to. This is an eyeshadow base primer you can rely on to keep your eyeshadow popping all day. It is waterproof also. This lightweight eyeshadow primer base does not feel heavy on the eyelids, and a little of this primer goes a long way. All you need is one very small drop to cover both eyelids.
